Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
• The product does not match the description on our website
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, assembled, or modified
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Customized or personalized products

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI
• Refund processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will happily send you a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product for the fastest resolution.
